Can you believe it, we're still snowed in and more of the white stuff last night. Still get the thrill of being the first one to walk on fresh snow though, and the dogs are loving it. Not sure about the hens, they're doing okay and still laying but there's not a lot of covering on those little pins of theirs, think if it gets much thicker they'll have to have stilts!
Cows were loving this morning and Glyn managed to whip his camera out and film a little of them having fun in the snow.
I'm supposed to be out and about this week but can't see me going anywhere just yet, we had a right old time of it last Friday when we managed to get a delivery of logs down to us, the problem was the getting back up. Two diggers, eight people and a few hours later we managed it, we're very lucky to have such wonderful neighbours.
We've had no refuse collections since before Christmas and now no post, as our postman has been told they're no longer allowed to drive on untreated rural roads due to health and safety reasons, guess it saves the bills getting through but it does worry you when you think of those on their own and postie would possibly be the only person they saw. Does help too as our postman is rather attractive!
Been great to hear from Charmaine, Lynne and Val and hoping to get my first podcast recorded this week.
