Saw four men chatting today and they must have been there a good half an hour, I did mention when I returned to the car that they say women can talk which did prompt a smile but also an offer to join in! Been a week for jobs that need doing before we're busy with some more shows so strimmed both the field and paddock to get rid of the nettles, needless to say I could hardly walk the next morning. Garden not looking too bad, loads of birds which I'm loving and caught sight of a Linnet yesterday. Did have a poorly hen for a while but a warm bath seems to have done the trick so back to normal. Think Glyn must sometimes wonder who he married as we've now had chickens in the kitchen and the bathroom, sheep in the garden and any waif and strays seem to end up here, ah well, it's never boring.

Had a great time last Saturday, I'm Patron of the Prostate Awareness Widows Group, or the Girls as I call them, and it was their Musical Event in Wolverley which I popped along to. Was nice to catch up with some former listeners too who were there.

Really looking forward to working with Steve Leonard at Three Counties Show, he's there for the Sunday. I've warned Sharon and Nina who look after me at the event that we're not having any bosoms autographed by him, bearing in mind that he is a rather attractive man - pleased to report that they've promised to keep their tops on!
