Had a fantastic time at Ludlow Food Festival, although between you and me something happens to chefs when they get a Michelin Star!
Met the lovely Rachel Green who does a lot of tele and writing and flys the flag for local produce. Turns out she's comes from Grimsby and lives in the village I did, a small world as they say but who they are I don't know.
Ludlow was heaving, but a lovely atmosphere and it was great that the producers did well. If you've never been put it in your diary for next year as it's definitely one of the best. Great to see some familiar faces too, and thank you to those who came up and said hello. Next stop is the Autumn Show at Malvern then Wedgwood Visitor Centre for the companies 250th anniversary followed by Herefordshire Food Festival and I'm looking forward to hosting the awards evening the night before too, now I've just got to find something to wear.
