Not sure where the time goes, I seem to be busier working from home than I did working full time! Just having a breather from clearing some of the woodland so thought I'd jot a few things down.

Had a fantastic night on Sunday as I was given my Christmas present which were great seats for the final night of 'Strictly Come Dancing Tour' - wow! It was great to see the likes of Tom Chambers and Cheri Lunghi performing right in front of us, and talk about fit. Some of the past contestants were there too including Gethin Jones (handsome beast), Kenny Logan and Julian Clary who was hilarious but the couple who shone above everybody else had to be Vincent and Rachel, I can't tell you how mesmerising they were performing the Tango and Rumba, incredible, a great night and would definitely go again, only thing is the queuing for the ladies which ended up as twenty minutes to use one of three available loos and the getting out the car park which took nearly half an hour, could do with a jet pack for next time.

We've had what can only be described as an interesting week, what with a Retriever testing her stomach muscles, a problem with the septic tank and the cows getting out and then came Shrove Tuesday and pancakes - lets just say we need a new pan!

Chatted with Sam who is nine and came to see the cows on Tuesday, he said he was giving up school for Lent which did make me smile, as for me, I've decided to abstain from alcohol for the duration so two days in and we're doing okay. 

Caught Glyn looking at pictures of Cyprus yesterday, I know he'd move tomorrow if we could and I have to say with one thing and another at the moment, it could be a real possibility, mind you, with the price of wine over there, I'd have to think of something else to give up.
