Friday 27 March
A good day today, the sun shone, the cows passed their TB test and my interview with a Herefordshire farmer was published in a national paper 'The Farmers Guardian.'
Seems funny to see my name in something that I used to read on a regular basis when I was in Agriculture.
Walked the couple of miles to the shop this morning to see if it was in and a lady stops me to talk about Libby the Retriever as she was thinking of getting one for her son, I get to the top of the hill and the phone rings and the Vet is on their way, lets just say I was a little out of breath by the time they arrived so thank goodness it wasn't the dishy chap as promised but one called Caroline!
The weekend ahead then, clocks change, car boot on Sunday although how this fits in with the first Grand Prix of the season I'm not sure. Can't believe that this time last year I was taking Glyn to the race in Bahrain for his big birthday, yet again another year gone and still not a size twelve. Good luck to Lewis and here's to Jenson as well, looks like a handy car he's got and hopefully he can get to show what he can do.
Before I sign off, thank you for getting in touch this week via the message board or email, it's really nice to hear from you and I do appreciate it. Judy made me smile as she's written to ask when the novel comes out! I'd have to change my name for that one, especially if it included certain romantic scenes!
