A busy weekend as I was hosting the Cookery Theatre at The Herefordshire Food Festival. Was good to see so many people there, and thank you to those who came up especially to say hello. I must have done something right as I've been asked to return next year so thank you to the organisers for that, and just heard today that I'll also be involved with the Three Counties Show at Malvern next year so really pleased, I do enjoy it.

The Hairy Bikers were the special guests and I have to say they were fantastic, lovely people both on and off the stage, and good news is that they're returning to Herefordshire as their new television series sees them travelling to every county in the country, and ours is one of the first thirty to be commissioned.

It was good to have the extra hour in bed on sunday morning but I don't like the fact that it's dark by five o'clock. I'm looking out the window now thinking I best go and put the hens away, roll on spring!
