We're trying beef shins today, it's something we picked up on one of the cookery demonstrations at Staffordshire County Show. Glyn and I really enjoy compering events and what's nice this year is we're going to be working together for some of them. Back to the shins, slow cooking for four/five hours and the Chef did say they are better than Sirloin when they come out so I'll let you know. It's Highland Cattle beef too, so I may be looking at the girls in the field in a whole different light afterwards. Speaking of the beasts, off to do a Video with the people we bought them off next week for the Three Counties Show so that'll be fun, busy in Warwickshire for the next few days and can you believe it's June on Monday!

PS. Just heard that Vet turned Television Star Steve Leonard will be at Three Counties Show on the Sunday.
