Sunday 8 March

Can you believe it, just come in to escape a gale force wind and heavy snow and five minutes after sitting down writing this, it's glorious sunshine!
Must say hello to Sheila, Pauline and Frank on the message board who have said they fancy setting up a fan club when it gets warmer, did make me smile and hello to Steve who's been in touch recently, thank you for your kind words.
Going somewhere tomorrow which is going to determine whether I stay in radio or not, so possibly a sleepless night ahead but will let you know either way but really hoping that something comes of it. Glyn has some training work in Gloucestershire this week and then he's back at Radio Bristol the week after so ticking over all be it a little slowly at the moment.
Not sure where this week has gone though, I guess the cows and hens keep me busy. My car had a recall so popped into Leominster on Friday and was very proud of myself as I walked into town whilst I left the car, so two miles walking there and back, must admit to just wanting to walk when it's flat - I long for flat! Interesting though bearing in mind the recall was free of charge, the garage handed me a list of problems and indeed a quote for sorting them out including four new tyres, I promise you there is at least another five thousand miles left on them. Anyway, had a nice cup of tea with the gang in Martins Models & Crafts in West Street, walked in whilst an older couple purchased a life size Border Collie Cuddly Toy and yes, it was for themselves, and why not.
Highlights this next week, well D Day tomorrow and then having my roots done Saturday, my timing was never that good.
