My first ever column for both Herefordshire & Shropshire Life is out now and really pleased to be part of it. Loving the cartoon character they've used as she has my dream figure!

Visited Glyn's Mum and Dad yesterday and they've given us a Calendar for next year, made me smile though as his Mum is a little forgetful and she's filled all three of them that they're giving away to family with their dates of events and friends birthdays!
Looks like our next door neighbours will be moving on soon, been on the market for two weeks and already five offers and more viewings this weekend, will be sad to see them go.
Both off this weekend and then it's working with Sophie Grigson at Wedgwood. I've been asked to host the Flavours of Herefordshire Awards the following week so really proud to be doing that just ahead of the counties Food Festival.
Must say a word about my pal Anton Du Beke, no he shouldn't have said what he said, but he certainly doesn't deserve what has been written day in day out since. He is a very kind, caring man who gave up his time a few years ago to drive to Malvern in the middle of the night after one of his performances. He spent all day with a group of listeners to teach them to dance and then drove back to London, free of charge. I found out a couple of months later he had received a parking ticket, he never said.
